All payments on the BORA. online store are processed in Israeli New Shekels (ILS), regardless of the customer’s location or the currency displayed while browsing the website.

Prices displayed in currencies other than ILS are approximate conversions provided for informational purposes only, based on estimated exchange rates.

Payment processing is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and security practices. BORA. does not intentionally store full payment card details on its own systems.

Delivery estimates vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and other circumstances beyond our control. Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery dates are estimates only.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Any such conversion rates and fees are determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider, subject to applicable law.
